RETURNS AND GUARANTEE

Since we have been in business we have had very few returns or problems with shipping. How ever, in the event that a problem occurs we have itemized these potential problems so as to reduce the aggravation factor for everyone involved. Please be aware that in order to be able to offer the lowest prices on new pens we do have to charge a minimal re-stocking fee £25 for returned items. We guarantee that all pens are in good working order unless otherwise stated or vintage pens with original stickers on them. Upon receipt you have 20 days to return any items according to the procedure below. Please check our over 1000 positive ebay feedback.


DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If a package arrives and is open or damaged in any way DO NOT ACCEPT IT. It will be returned to us and we will resend it after receipt or issue you a full credit including the shipping cost. Please email us immediately if this should occur.


DAMAGED CONTENTS IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that a package arrives and the contents are damaged due to rough handling of the Post Office you must put in a claim with the local post office for the value and contact us immediately. The insurance we obtain covers the value. Once a parcel is accepted, the insurance reimbursement can only be claimed by the recipient from their local post office. This is the reason we advise you to inspect the package before signing for them. Please email us immediately if this should occur so we can email or fax you proof of value and a shipping receipt.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Returns are made at your expense unless the merchandise was damages or faulty. Refund credits will only be accepted with an authorization number, which we will send you by email.

Please follow these instructions carefully in order for us to accept your returned item and process your credit quickly upon receipt and inspection. If you should have any questions please email us.

1. Email us within 10 days of receipt in order to obtain an authorization and correct shipping address to send the return. If an item is damaged you must email us within 5 days of receipt in order not to be charged a restocking fee.

2. Returned items must be sent back in exactly the same condition as originally shipped in its original presentation box if included in the purchase and should be very packaged carefully to prevent damage.

3. Items should be shipped by registered mail or UPS using a service that covers the value of the package. We would advise obtaining proof of receipt if by mail.

4. VERY IMPORTANT - If you are returning an item to Europe from outside Europe, you must state on the post office shipping form - ORIGIN FRANCE or the country in Europe, plus RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO SENDER.
